Why a Summer Training Series?
Athletic development takes time, consistency, and quality coaching. Our Summer Power & Speed Lab is designed to give athletes the opportunity to improve speed, agility, first-step quickness, and jumping ability through a structured training process.
By training consistently throughout the summer, athletes can build a stronger foundation for their upcoming season while tracking progress through VALD Force Plate and Speed Gate testing.

The more consistently an athlete trains, the greater the opportunity for measurable improvement.
