Our programs are built for athletes who want to train with purpose, follow a structured plan, and consistently improve strength, speed, power, and durability over time. This is not recreational training and not a place to “try it for a month.” Progress here is earned through consistency, effort, and coachability.

With over 25 years of coaching experience, founder Jose Aguayo, CSCS, has trained athletes across youth, high school, collegiate, and professional levels. Every program at SMARTFIT360 is grounded in sound training principles, progressive development, and real-world sport demands—not trends or random workouts.

Our coaching staff delivers structured, progressive training systems that prioritize:

360 Enhance Performance Program

Semi-Private | Danville Location

The 360 Enhanced Athlete Project is our most advanced semi-private athlete training experience, built for serious athletes committed to long-term development.

This program is designed for athletes ages 14–18, collegiate, and professional levels who are ready to train with structure, intent, and accountability—not athletes looking for short-term workouts or seasonal training.

Each athlete follows a fully individualized performance plan grounded in the science of human performance. Programming is informed by VALD performance testing, advanced movement assessments, and injury risk screening to ensure training decisions are purposeful, measurable, and sport-relevant.

Athletes train in a focused semi-private environment while following their own program, not a shared workout. Strength development is the foundation, supported by targeted work for power, movement efficiency, and durability. Progress is tracked over time using our training app, providing clear performance metrics, accountability, and long-term development benchmarks.

This program is not designed to be sampled or rushed.
It is built for athletes who understand that meaningful progress requires consistent training, coachability, and commitment to the process.

360 Elite Program

Danville Location | Fixed-Schedule Performance Training

The 360 Elite Program is a 3-day-per-week performance training program designed for committed athletes who want to develop strength, power, and durability through consistent, structured training.

This program operates on a fixed weekly schedule. Athletes train together at the same days and times each week, following a progressive training plan built to produce real performance adaptations—not short-term fatigue or random workouts.

Training focuses on the physical qualities that transfer across sports, including strength development, force production, power output, and movement efficiency. Sessions are planned, coached, and progressed over time to support long-term athletic development and injury resilience.

Program Structure

  • 3 training sessions per week

  • Fixed days and times (no flexible scheduling)

  • Performance-focused group training environment

  • Capped enrollment to maintain coaching quality

  • Structured sessions with clear training intent

  • Coaching feedback and accountability every session

This is not open gym, not semi-private scheduling, and not a drop-in program.

360 RISING ATHLETES PROGRAM

Empowering Parents to Unleash Their Child’s Potential and Ensure Success

360 Rising Athletes Program (Ages 13-16): Your child will join our program, training alongside up to 15 other teenage athletes who share the same goal: to become better athletes and to succeed in their sport. NEW PROGRAM: 360 YOUTH  MW 5 pm AGES 8-12

This program emphasizes:

  • Expert Coaching: Each week, our skilled coaches guide athletes in enhancing their athleticism, ensuring steady progress.

  • Comprehensive Development: Through consistent training, athletes will build strength, speed, and overall athletic ability, leading to significant improvements over time.

Our Strength and Conditioning Training for Adolescents lays a solid foundation for future athletic success with a focus on safe and progressive training methods.360 Rising Athletes Program: Elevate Your Child’s Athletic Performance ( LIVERMORE)

This program is perfect for your child if they:

  • Need to Improve Quickness and Agility: If they’re looking to be quicker on their feet, outmaneuver opponents, or improve their one-step quickness, our agility drills will get them there.

  • Are Looking to Increase Strength and Power: From delivering powerful serves to breaking through defenses, our strength training will give them the explosive power they need.
