Athlete Training

SMARTFIT360 Sports Performance Training

At SMARTFIT360, we develop athletes who are committed to long-term performance training, not short-term workouts.

Our programs are built for athletes who want to train with purpose, follow a structured plan, and consistently improve strength, speed, power, and durability over time. This is not recreational training and not a place to “try it for a month.” Progress here is earned through consistency, effort, and coachability.

With over 25 years of coaching experience, founder Jose Aguayo, CSCS, has trained athletes across youth, high school, collegiate, and professional levels. Every program at SMARTFIT360 is grounded in sound training principles, progressive development, and real-world sport demands—not trends or random workouts.

Our coaching staff delivers structured, progressive training systems that prioritize:

  • Strength as the foundation

  • Power and force production

  • Movement efficiency and mechanics

  • Injury risk reduction and long-term athlete health

Athletes do not simply “work out” at SMARTFIT360—they follow an intentional training process designed to prepare them for the physical demands of their sport.

Whether you are a high school athlete preparing for the next level or a competitive athlete looking to train year-round with structure and accountability, SMARTFIT360 provides a focused environment for athletes who take their development seriously.

If you are ready to train with intent, commit to the process, and invest in long-term improvement, SMARTFIT360 is the right place to do it.

360 Enhance Performance Program

Danville Location

The 360 Enhanced Athlete Project

The 360 Enhanced Athlete Project is our most advanced semi-private athlete training experience, built for serious athletes committed to long-term development.

This program is designed for athletes ages 14–18, collegiate, and professional levels who are ready to train with structure, intent, and accountability.

Athletes train in a focused semi-private environment while following their own individualized performance plan, not a shared group workout.

Individualized Performance Training

Each athlete follows a structured training plan designed around their sport, performance needs, and development goals.

Programming is informed by VALD performance testing, movement assessments, and injury risk screening, allowing training decisions to be purposeful, measurable, and performance driven.

Strength development serves as the foundation of the program, supported by targeted work for:

• Power and explosiveness
• Movement efficiency
• Speed and athletic performance
• Durability and injury prevention

Progress is tracked through our training app, allowing athletes and coaches to monitor performance metrics and long-term development.

Performance Testing

Athletes complete performance testing every 6 weeks to track development and guide programming adjustments.

Testing may include measures of strength, power, jump performance, and movement quality, helping athletes and coaches evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.

Training Environment

Athletes train in a semi-private environment with a limited number of athletes per session, allowing for individualized coaching, feedback, and program progression.

This structure provides the benefits of personal training while maintaining the energy and accountability of a high-level training environment.

Commitment to the Process

The 360 Enhanced Athlete Project is designed for athletes who understand that meaningful performance development requires consistency, coachability, and long-term commitment.

This program is not intended for short-term participation or drop-in training. Athletes participate as part of a structured development process focused on long-term results.
