Coach Jose
Coach Jose Aguayo is a Premier Fitness and Sports Performance Coach, whose expertise stems from training middle-school to high-school aged athletes and Professional athletes for over 20 years. He strives on supporting his clients to reach their maximum athletic potential—many of his former athletes have excelled at elite levels of competitive sports.
• His passion is to motivate and help others achieve their fitness goals and performance goals. Coach Jose not only is a great educator but also makes the workouts fun and safe.
• Has helped hundreds of athletes meet their potential working with all levels of fitness groups, including Adult fitness, Youth, Professional and Collegiate athletes. Responsible for the training of professional and semi-professional athletes.

Coach Hanna
Hanna is passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered. She specializes in guiding women to achieve their fitness goals through semi-private and personal training, focusing on individualized programs that meet each client where they are.

Coach Kalen
Coach Kalen brings over three years of personal training experience, having started his journey during the pandemic. He’s an NSCA-Applied Performance Coach with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from SJSU, where he graduated with dean’s honor roll recognition. Kalen has interned with top trainers and coaches, including his recent experience at UC Berkeley, and is currently pursuing his master’s in Kinesiology. A former powerlifter, wrestler, and thrower, now a Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner, Kalen is dedicated to helping clients find joy in the weight room and achieve their fitness goals. Coach Kalen will be coaching at our Livermore location, working with our sports performance athletes.

Coach Monica
I’m passionate about coaching individuals toward a healthier lifestyle, believing that small changes lead to big results in both physical and mental well-being. My favorite (love-hate) exercise? Bulgarian squats—ouch!
I’ve always been active, from team sports in school to running 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons. I love trying new workouts while staying true to core strength and mobility. You’ll often find me training in my garage or chasing my daughter at the park.
Excited to be part of Jose’s team and share the vision of safe, efficient, and sustainable fitness. Can’t wait to sweat with you!
